I am a mid-size, minimalist, medium-maintenance Disney parks fan! I love going to the parks, but my body has a few opinions of its own. Between heat and sun sensitivities and a few other considerations, I have to be intentional when packing for a full park day.

My goal is always to make it from rope drop to fireworks without a single migraine or endo flare-up. I am an outfit repeater, an AC lover, and a professional shade seeker. I share the tools and clothing I have tried and tested to keep you cool and comfortable for those long days, so you can focus on having the best Disney vacation ever.
