No worries about taxes! We took inspiration from our friends down under. Taxes are included in the advertised price of goods sold.

We may not have Santa’s global operation, but we do ship worldwide — just note that checkout totals are always in U.S. dollars.

We wanted to be as size inclusive as possible in this line. All apparel is unisex and available in sizes S–3XL.

The sweatshirts are an oversized fit, designed to be relaxed and cozy. This means the pieces often run a little bit oversized so that they’re perfect for layering and lounging.

If you’re between sizes, we suggest staying true to size or even consider sizing down if you prefer a more fitted look.

We (Andrew & Kait) normally both wear a size large, and occasionally size up to an XL for a roomier fit. However, in these already oversized sweatshirts, the XL was much too big. We both could have sized down to a medium, but enjoyed the oversized fit and style of the large, especially when considering layering underneath.

The long sleeve Christmas Markets World Tour t-shirts fit true to size. For those under 5’8”, the sleeves are a little long, but are easily rolled up.

If you would like an oversized fit to wear over leggings or as a pajama top, consider sizing up by one size.

As the shirt is 100% cotton, it has the potential to shrink a little if placed in the dryer. Please pay close attention to wash and drying instructions and size up if you are in between sizes.

• Our sweatshirts are made from soft Bella+Canvas fleece (60% cotton, 40% polyester) for long-lasting comfort.

• T-shirts are Gildan 2400 (100% cotton), durable, cozy, and made to last through countless Christmas seasons.

• Totes are durable 100% cotton canvas that can carry up to 30 lbs.

• Beanies are made from 100% hypoallergenic acrylic.

• Caps are made from 100% cotton corduroy.

We use embroidery for sweatshirts and beanies for a high-end, lasting finish, and screen printing for tees and totes to keep designs crisp season after season.

Every item is made-to-order once you place your order. That means no overproduction, no wasted inventory, and every piece is crafted fresh just for you. It’s a slower, more thoughtful way to shop, and it helps keep our collections limited and special.

We are proud to offer global shipping. Shipping prices are set at universal base rate of $8.50 for your first item, and only $2 for each additional item. While we would love to offer free shipping, we’re not Santa (or Besos). Our small operation cannot currently handle eating worldwide shipping costs.

Typical delivery times for most items in common destinations:

• USA: 5–7 business days

• Canada: 12–15 business days

• UK: 9–12 business days

• Australia: 21–23 business days

Because every piece is made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or buyer’s remorse.
