Our Made‑to‑Order Promise

Every Christmas Market tee, sweatshirt, cap, beanie, and bag is made just for you when you click “order.” We don’t keep stock on shelves—our elves (er, printers) fire up once your order is placed. This means less waste and fresher prints, but it also means we can’t simply swap sizes or colors after the magic begins.

What This Means for our Digital Christmas Market Booth:

  • No take‑backs for buyer’s remorse, wrong size or color. Because each item is custom‑made, we can’t restock or resell it. Please double‑check your cart and our size charts before ordering. If you’re unsure, drop us a line at hello@vacationstarterpack.com — we’re always happy to help!

  • Final sale on these seasonal goodies. Once your order is confirmed, we immediately put it into production. Canceling isn’t possible, so choose wisely and maybe grab an extra for that friend who always “borrows” your favorite sweatshirt or family member who “forgets” to pack a beanie. 

Our Quality Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our merch. Because every item is embroidered or printed individually, there may be small discrepenses or minute variations from design to design. These should be very minor. However, if something arrives misprinted, defective, or looking like it went through a snowstorm, we’ll make it right. Here’s how:

  1. Tell us ASAP. Email us at hello@vacationstarterpack.com within 7 days of receiving your order (for lost packages, within 30 days of the estimated delivery).

  2. Include the details. Send your order number and clear photos of the issue. This helps us speed up the process.

  3. We’ll fix it. Once we confirm the problem, we’ll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund. You won’t need to ship the faulty item back—keep it as a quirky keepsake or gift it in a white elephant exchange.

Shipping & Delivery Issues

  • Wrong address? If you realize you’ve entered the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately. We’ll try to update it before the order ships, but we can’t guarantee changes once the elves have started printing. If an incorrect address causes the package to boomerang back to us, you’ll need to cover reshipping costs.

  • Package lost in transit? Don’t panic—let us know within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we’ll work with our carrier to track it down or get a replacement to you.

Return Address

The return address printed on your packing slip points directly to our fulfillment partner’s return facility. Please don’t send returns to our PO box (we love receiving postcards, not packages!). If we approve a return, we’ll provide specific instructions.
