EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) Compliance

Product Scope

All Vacation Starter Pack (VSP) apparel and accessories are designed and sold for adult consumers (ages 18+). Products are not intended for children.

Safety and Compliance

In compliance with the EU General Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988 (GPSR), Andrew & Kait and Sinden Ventures Limited ensure that all consumer products offered are safe, traceable, and meet applicable EU requirements for quality and safety.

All products meet or exceed the requirements of:

  • EU REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006, regarding the use of chemical substances.

  • EU Waste Framework Directive (2008/98/EC) for sustainable product life cycles.

  • EU Regulation (EU) 1007/2011 on textile fiber composition labeling.

EU Warranty

All VSP products include a 2-year warranty for manufacturing defects in accordance with EU consumer law. This warranty covers material or production faults but does not apply to wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

To comply with French AGEC Law and related EU product transparency requirements, the following traceability information applies to VSP T-shirts (Gildan 2400):

Traceability:

  • Knitting or weaving — Honduras

  • Dyeing — Honduras

  • Manufacturing — Honduras or Nicaragua

Composition:

  • Contains 0% recycled polyester

  • Contains 0% dangerous substances

Warranty and Returns

All products are subject to our published [Returns & Exchanges Policy]. EU customers benefit from their statutory 2-year warranty, which applies automatically and does not require registration.

Currency and Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in USD. For EU and international orders, your payment provider will automatically convert prices to your local currency at checkout.
